		abstract={This study aims to determine the level of spiritual intelligence and discipline of students in carrying out the rules at the Al-Masruriyyah boarding school, as well as to analyze whether or not there is an influence on the level of spiritual intelligence and discipline of students in the Islamic boarding school. This research is based on the spiritual intelligence of the students. Santri are seen as individuals who have a good character, this is supported by the stay of students in the boarding school environment. In Islamic boarding schools students get a good education, such as politeness, discipline, education, courtesy, and many other traits that are obtained by students in Islamic boarding schools. However, student discipline is not yet fully available in Al-Masruriyyah students. There were still some students when the activity was carried out did not participate in the activity. The coaches and administrators have done conditioning the students in each room, but they did not go to participate in the activities.
The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. Collecting data using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. For research data analysis, researchers used product moment correlation analysis to get the results of the established hypothesis.
The results showed that the Spiritual Santri Intelligence obtained high criteria, the discipline of the students in carrying out the high criteria, and the rcount with a number of 0.556 greater than the table, so that the results received were "there is a relationship between the level of spiritual intelligence and the discipline of students in carrying out the regulations of the Al-Islamic Islamic Boarding School. Masruriyyah Tebuireng Diwek Jombang".}
