This research is titled "EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT OF PRODUCTION PART OF PROCESSING AND MANAGEMENT OF CHICKEN QUALITY IN PT. PHALOSARI EXCELS JAYA". This research was motivated by the author's desire to know how effective the management of the production processing and management part of the chicken quality in PT. Phalosari Unggul Jaya Jombang. The problem studied in this study is how effective the management of the management of the production part of the bending and management on the quality of chickens in PT. Phalosari Unggul Jaya Jombang.
This research is field research at PT. Phalosari Unggul Jaya is located in Mojokrapak Tembelang Jombang. And on PT. Phalosari Unggul Jaya Jombang who became the population in this study is the leadership, office employees and field workers of PT. Phalosari Unggul Jaya Jombang, which numbers 20 people all office employees including the leadership and 50 field workers of the production section, overall population of 70 people. But the author took field workers production parts to be sampled. So the authors took 25 people or 50% of the total population used as a sample. The population taken by field workers is the production part only. The technique used is Purposive Sampling which is a technique of determining samples with certain considerations. The author obtains data in the field using observation, interview, documentation, and questionnaire techniques, which then the author analyzes using qualitative descriptive analysis, that is, data collected through observation, interview, documentation and questionnaires are then classified according to type and nature, then elaborated descriptively, namely analyzing data that is explanatory or parsing data and information that is then associated with theories and concepts -  concepts that support relevant discussions where this explanation uses qualitative methods are then obtained conclusions from research problems. From this research resulted a conclusion about the Effectiveness of Management of Chicken Processing Production and Quality Management at PT. Phalosari Unggul Jaya Jombang}
