The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction on the purchase of UMKM products Batik Abstract Pandono Solo either simultaneously or partially. The type of research used in this research is quantitative with a questionnaire survey method and the number of samples in this study is 40 respondents. The sampling technique was obtained by simple random sampling method. The data source uses primary data. While the quantitative analysis technique uses analysis through the help of the SPSS version 21 program. The results of the study based on multiple linear regression analysis using the F (simultaneous) test, it can be concluded that the service quality and price variables have a simultaneous influence on the customer satisfaction variable. The results of the t-test analysis can be concluded that the service quality and price variables have a partial influence on the customer satisfaction variable.
