Self-confidence is suspected to be able to control the level of stress that exists in individual health workers in carrying out their work activities. This study aims to prove the correlation of self-confidence with stress levels in health workers who work in hospitals. The research respondents were 40 health workers, including nurses, midwives, doctors, pharmacists, laboratory personnel, and other non-medical personnel. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach where to analyze the data used a correlation test. The results showed that there was a negative correlation or relationship between self-confidence and stress levels in health workers who worked at Dr. Moedjito Dwidjosiswodjo Jombang during the COVID-19 pandemic, where when self-confidence was high, the individual had low stress levels, or vice versa.} }
