		abstract={This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity and profitability on the value of manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the 2018-2019 period.
This study uses a quantitative approach. The data used are panel data in the form of financial statements from manufacturing companies in 2018-2019 that have been audited and published. The population of this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2018-2019 which consists of the 136 Basic Industries and Chemicals sub-sectors and the Consumer Goods Industry sub-sector totaling 136. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling to obtain a sample of 15 companies. Data analysis methods used were descriptive statistical analysis, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing which was tested with the statistical application program SPSS version 25.0.
The results of this study show that: (1) Liquidity has no significant effect on firm value, (2) Profitability has a significant effect on firm value, and (3) Liquidity and Profitability together have a significant effect on Company Value. The amount of influence given by the independent variable on the dependent variable was 37.3%. While the remaining 62.7% is influenced by other variables outside this study.
