Pondok Pesantren is an Islamic educational institution that plays a significant role in shaping students' understanding of faith (akidah) and moral character (akhlak). Additionally, personal psychological conditions, such as emotional and moral intelligence, have the potential to affect students' understanding and practice of faith and morality. This study employs a survey method involving 41 students from 8A class at MTs Jannaturroichan. Data is collected through questionnaires and interviews. The results show that the Pondok Pesantren environment influences academic achievement in faith and morality among students. Internal factors, such as the curriculum and teaching methods within the pesantren, play a crucial role in shaping the understanding of faith and moral character. External factors like social support and the values upheld in the pesantren environment also have a positive impact on academic achievement. Besides the influence of the pesantren environment, students' personal psychological conditions are also essential. Students with higher emotional and moral intelligence tend to achieve better academic results in faith and morality. These findings underscore the importance of considering students' personal psychological development in efforts to enhance academic achievement in faith and morality. This research provides insights into the interaction between the Pondok Pesantren environment and students' personal psychological conditions and how they influence academic achievement in faith and morality. The results of this study can serve as a foundation for the development of more effective educational programs aimed at improving students' understanding and practice of faith and morality at MTs Jannaturroichan, Ngrandulor Village, Peterongan Subdistrict, Jombang District.} }
