The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study were female students. The sample in this study involved 90 respondents consisting of class XII female students. The sampling technique used was Purposive Random Sampling. The data collection method in this research uses a Likert scale in the form of a self-concept scale and a conformity scale. The data analysis technique uses Product Moment correlation from Pearson in the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 20 program. Based on the calculation results of the Product Moment Correlation analysis technique from Pearson, the correlation coefficient (rxy) value is 0.289, p = 0.006 (p < 0, 05). This means that there is a significant positive relationship between self-concept and conformity in adolescent members of the organization. Key words: conformity, self-concept, teenagers.} }
