Dinas Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (DPPKAD)  dalam pengelolaan aset daerah telah menggunakan sistem berbasis intranet, namun pada proses pengelolaan aset daerah kurang optimal, seperti pada proses rekosiliasi data aset daerah harus mengeluarkan biaya lebih untuk mengumpulkan seluruh operator aset di suatu tempat dan cukup memakan waktu yang lama. Pada proses pencarian lokasi operator kesulitan karena tidak tersedianya fitur tracking lokasi aset, aplikasi yang hanya bisa di akses oleh operator aset sehingga masyarakat tidak mendapat informasi tentang aset milik daerah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengoptimalkan proses pengelolaan aset daerah menggunakan Sistem  Manajemen aset Kota (SIMASKOT). Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan FAST (Framework For The Applications of System Techniques). Hasil penelitan ini menunjukan bahwa dengan adanya pengembangan sistem ini dapat mengatasi permasalahan pada proses pengelolaan aset daerah, sistem yang sudah berbasis web dan android memudahkan proses rekonsiliasi data aset daerah karena dapat menghemat waktu dan biaya, informasi tentang aset daerah bisa di akses masyarakat melalui aplikasi android dan mudahnya dalam pencarian lokasi dengan adanya fitur tracking lokasi.

ABSTRACT

DJAFAR, RIYON Optimizing the Management of Regional Assets Using the City Asset Management System (SIMASKOT) Webgis Based (Principal Supervisor: Arip Mulyanto, M. Kom. Co-supervisor: Roviana H. Dai, S.Kom, MT)

Office for Management of Regional Revenue, Finance, and Assets in the management of regional assets has used an intranet-based system; however, it is not optimal. In the process of data reconciliation, regional assets must incur more costs to collect all asset operators in a place and quite take a long time.  Meanwhile, in the search process for operator locations is difficult as unavailability of location tracking feature, an application that can only be accessed by the asset operator so that the information remains confidential to the public. The purpose of this study is to optimize the process of managing regional assets using the City Asset Management System (SIMASKOT). System development method used was named FAST (Framework for the Applications of System Techniques). The results of this research show that the development of this system can overcome problems in the process of regional asset management, a system that has been based on web and Android facilitate the reconciliation process of regional asset data as it can save time and costs, the information regarding the regional assets can be accessed by the public through an android application with an easy in location search through the location tracking feature.
