Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan di JNE Cabang Utama Gorontalo. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian survei yang bersifat menjelaskan hubungan kausal antara dua variabel. Sampel penelitian adalah karyawan di JNE Cabang Utama Gorontalo yang berjumlah 60 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian dengan menggunakan angket. Analisis terhadap data yang diperoleh melalui kegiatan penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi sederhana.
Kesimpulan penelitian yaitu: hasil penelitian merupakan bahwa motivasi karyawan bepengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan di JNE Cabang Utama Gorontalo.

The research purpose is to inevstigate the influence of motivation toward the workers' performance effetiveness of JNE Gorontalo Main Branch. The research employed a quantitative descriptive approach with survey research which explained the casual correlation between the two variables. The research sample is the workers of JNE Gorontalo Main Branch which numbered 60 people. The data collection technique employed questionnaire. The data analysis was obtained through research activity is the simple linear regression.

In conclusion: the research findings showed that the influence of motivation effect positively and significantly toward workers' performance effectiveness at JNE Gorontalo Main Branch.
