		abstract={ABSTRACT
The success of the implementation of this system is very important to study given 
the large expectations of the central government to be able to provide facilities for 
village governments in managing village finances independently and 
transparently.The Siskeudes application is applied to facilitate and simplify 
village financial management.The purpose of this study was to determine the 
successful implementation of the village financial system influenced by human 
resource competencies, work facilities, and work motivation. The method used in 
this study was a descriptive qualitative method and a comparative technique with 
a sample of 104 people.The results of this study stated that human resource 
competencies, work facilities, and work motivation simultaneously influence the 
successful implementation of Siskeudes. Partially expressed human resource 
competencies, work facilities, and work motivation, influence the successful 
implementation of Siskeudes.
