		abstract={How to optimize the acceleration of the duration of the construction project in the 3 Floor Building, Tugurejo Village, Ngasem District, is to add the number of working hours (overtime) from 4 working hours (overtime) to 7 working hours (overtime) thus acceleration the project duration for an optimum 16 days, so that turn around time delays can be minimized. 
In an efford to accelerate the duration of the 3-story building construction project in  Tugurejo Village, Ngasem District, which  will require a normal cost of Rp 1.636.731.021 minus the direct costs of work of Rp 1.352.670.265, the duration of the acceleration cost for the 3-story building construction project is Rp 1.636.731.021 ? Rp 1.352.731.670.625 = Rp 284.060.756.
