In the New Normal era from the Covid-19 virus outbreak, many changes occurred in the public service system. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method about the theory proposed by Creswell. The results obtained in this study are that the services provided are categorized as good this is because in the era of the covid-19 pandemic and before the pandemic era there was no increase in quality, even people thought that the presence of covid-19 hampered services. So it can be concluded that the work strength of the Village Apparatus at the Sawahan Village Village Office is classified as not good. The timeliness and behavior of village officials in providing services to the people of Sawahan Village, Sawahan District, Nganjuk Regency in carrying out their duties to provide services to the community experienced obstacles.
