In the current era of globalization, many companies require better quality organizational management and human resources in order to compete with other companies. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work environment partially and simultaneously on employee performance Auto2000 Hasanudin Kediri and to determine which variable is the most dominant. The sampling method used the non probability sampling method. Respondents in this study are employees who have worked for approximately one year on Auto2000. The number of samples is 30 respondents. The results showed that the variables of Motivation and Work Environment simultaneously had a significant effect on Employee Performance Auto2000 Hasanudin Kediri, with a calculated value of F count > F table (82,443 > 3,34). Partially, motivation and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance in Auto2000 Hasanudin Kediri, with a value of t count > t table (2,872 > 2,051) and t count > t table (2,221 > 2,051). Based on the t-test that motivation has the most dominant influence on employee performance because it has the greatest value with the arithmetic value of Motivation > Work Environment (2,872 > 2,221).
