Analysis quality control is carried out using statistical tools in the form of diagrams, flowcharts, p-charts (control charts), histograms, pareto charts, cause-and-effect diagrams, scatter diagram. Flowcharts are used to give directions on the way process, then use p-charts to monitor faulty components is still under statistical control or not. The next step make histograms to easily explain damage data, and make diagrams pareto to find out the most dominant disability, then look for factors the cause of product damage using a cause diagram consequence. Finally, knowing the effect between two variables and compiling are commendations or suggestions for quality improvement. The results of the control chart analysis show that product defects exceed quality control limits. This can be seen in the control chart graph where the fluctuating line is above the Upper Control Limite (UCL) line, which is 0.097 and below the Lower Control Limit (LCL) of 0.001 in January, UCL of 0.10 and LCL of 0.02 in February, UCL of 0.10 and LCL of 0.00 in March. Based on the histogram and Pareto diagram, the damage mostly in February and the dominant type of damage is spatter (50%), scratches (30%) and leaks (20%). The dominant type of damage is spatter. Based on the analysis of the cause diagram as a result, it can be seen that the factors that cause component defects come from factors such as people, methods, machines and the environment, so that action can be taken prevention and repair to reduce the level of damage} }
