This study uses CSE-UCLA which is an Evaluation model that uses a management-oriented approach or also called program evaluation by measuring, collecting data, making decisions about the validated program. Researchers made this model design in accordance with the CSE-UCLA model connected with the Child Friendly School Program at SMP Negeri 1 Tambun Selatan, Bekasi Regency. The results of this study on the components of the Assessment System are in carrying out a child-friendly school program at SMP Negeri 1 Tambun Selatan based on the foundation of the judiciary and other laws. In the Program Planing component, program socialization has been carried out both to school residents and parents of students, education staff who are trained in children's rights are good but not optimal, the curriculum has been integrated with the values of child-friendly schools, facilities and infrastructure are quite adequate. In the components of the Iplementation Program, all activities of the implementation of the Child-Friendly School program are carried out in an excellent category. In the Improvement Program component, the principal carries out regular and scheduled monitoring and supervision. In the certification program component, child-friendly school assessments have been carried out, the child-friendly school program set out at SMP Negeri 1 Tambun selatan has a very significant influence, as can be seen from the changes in students' attitudes in their daily lives spontaneously have become accustomed to applying the attitude of Smile, Greeting, Greeting, Manners and Manners (5S).
