		abstract={This study aims to examine the effect of firm size, price earning ratio, investment decisions and funding decisions on firm value. The research was conducted on property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2020.
The analytical method used to test the hypothesis is multiple regression analysis using SPSS software. The population used is all property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2020, which are 54 companies. The sample used is 11 companies with purposive sampling technique. The data is processed using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution).
The results showed that firm size, price earning ratio and investment decisions had a significant positive effect on firm value. While funding decisions have a negative effect on firm value. Future research is expected to increase the number of company samples and add independent variables.}
