They have a best-seller product, Tempe Chips. As an entrepreneur, focus to consumer satisfaction was important, because it plays a big role to profit. The higher levels of consumer satisfaction, the greater of profit it gets. Therefore, the owner of ?Citra Rasa? must know the factors that influence consumer satisfaction of tempe chips includes elements such as price, location and product quality. This study aims to determine (1) Is there an effect of price on consumer satisfaction of tempe chips at the souvenir shop "Citra Rasa" (2) Is there an effect of location on consumer satisfaction of tempe chips at the souvenir shop "Citra Rasa" ( 3) Is there any effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction of tempe chips at the "Citra Rasa" gift shop. This study uses survey methods and data analysis used was descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the effect of price, location and product quality on consumer satisfaction was 0.942, which means it has a sufficient influence or relationship, meanwhile the coefficient of determination is 88,8% with the linear regression equation Y = 0,710 + 0,436 X1 + 0,467 X2 + 0,164 X3. Price, place and product quality simultaneously affect customer satisfaction of Tempe Chips.
