The method used by the teacher is the lecture method which makes students passive in learning and there is no reciprocal interaction between teachers and students so that the learning process becomes boring and students in the end do not understand the social studies material explained by the teacher. For this reason, using the demonstration method is an option to improve student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the use of demonstration methods on social studies learning outcomes in elementary schools could be a solution to problems in social studies learning. To examine the use of demonstration methods on social studies learning outcomes in elementary schools. The research method used is a systematic literature review (SLR) with 18 articles studied from 2016 to 2022. Thus, after research it can be concluded that the use of the demonstration method can improve student learning outcomes, because by using the demonstration method the learning process that students will go through will become more effective and memorable.} }
