Islamic banking in Indonesia is intended, among other things, to provide alternative services to the public, either in the form of depositing funds or distributing funds based on the provisions of sharia principles. The basis of Islamic banking refers to the teachings of the Islamic religion which are sourced from the Qur'an, al-Hadith or as-Sunnah and ijtihad. This study aims to determine the ball pick-up system in the Ummah Savings product service at BPRS Amanah Ummah Cileungsi Branch.
This research is a qualitative research. The object of this research is BPR Syariah Amanah Ummah while the subjects are 4 customers who pick up the ball on the Ummah Savings product service and 1 informant from the funding officer or pick up the ball of BPRS Amanah Ummah. Methods of data collection by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Technical analysis of the data in the study, namely Data Reduction, Data Display, and Conclusion Drawing.
The results of this study indicate that (1) the ball pick-up system carried out by BPRS Amanah Ummah Cileungsi branch is quite satisfied for customers who use the Ummah Savings product. However, there are still factors that make customers feel quite satisfied, namely the time constraint. (2) Analysis of the pick-up system on the Ummah Savings product service at BPRS Amanah Ummah Cileungsi branch, namely Responsivness (Responsiveness), Reliability (Reliability), Assurance (Guarantee), Empathy (Empathy).
