The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The research model uses multiple regression with a research sample of 80 employees of the Bekasi City Productivity Improvement Center. Used primary data obtained through surveys. Data were analyzed using statistical product and service solution 25 (SPSS 25) program.The results showed that there was a significant positive effect of career development and a significant positive effect of training on the performance of the Bekasi City Productivity Improvement Center. Taken together, there is a positive influence of career development and training variables on the performance of the Bekasi City Productivity Improvement Center employees obtained with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.418 or 41% with the remaining 59% (100% -41%) influenced by variables or factors. other factors not studied. Thus, employees at the Center for Productivity Improvement must improve career development and low training so that employee performance can increase.
