FUJI PRESISI-TOOL INDONESIA}, year={2022}, url={http://repository.unismabekasi.ac.id/1648/}, abstract={Since the emergence of the COVID-19 case, not all companies can work from home, such as in the manufacturing sector. The Global Workforce Study survey revealed that employees' desire to change jobs is not due to higher salaries given by other companies, but there are things that have more influence. Towers Watson's study states that more than 70% of the main problems of human resources in Indonesia are that they are not innovative enough to prevent turnover. The problem of low retention levels is found in manufacturing companies, which are influenced by several factors, namely the non-physical work environment and perceived organizational support. The purpose of this study was to determine the description and influence of the non-physical work environment and perceived organizational support on employee retention. This research is a quantitative study with a correlational design and a sample size of 70 employees from a population of 234 employees of PT. Fuji Precision-Tool Indonesia. The sampling technique used simple random sampling technique. The data collection method used interviews and a psychological scale, namely the Non-Physical Work Environment scale, the Perceived Organizational Support scale and the Employee Retention scale using a modified Likert scale model. The instrument reliability test used the Alpha Cronbach formula in which the Non-Physical Work Environment scale yielded a ralpha value = 0.915, the Perceived Organizational Support scale had a ralpha value = 0.908, and the Employee Retention scale yielded a ralpha value = 0.892. The results of the data analysis description of the categorization of Non-Physical Work Environment variables were dominated by the high category (58.6%), the Perceived Organizational Support variable was dominated by the medium category (48.6%) and the Employee Retention variable was dominated by the medium category (55.7%). The results of the Spearman's rho correlation test between the Non-Physical Work Environment and Employee Retention show that there is a significant positive relationship with a correlation coefficient = 0.792 (Strong) and a significant value = 0.000 (p <0.05). The results of the Spearman's rho correlation test between Perceived Organizational Support and Employee Retention show that there is a significant positive relationship with a correlation coefficient = 0.727 (Strong) and a significant value = 0.000 (p <0.05). The results of multiple linear regression tests between Non-Physical Work Environment and Perceived Organizational Support on Employee Retention show a value of F=61,074 with a significant value of 0.000 (p<0.05), meaning that the Non-Physical Work Environment and Perceived Organizational Support have an influence on Employee Retention. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.646, which means that the Non-Physical Work Environment and Perceived Organizational Support make an effective contribution of 64.6% to Employee Retention, while the remaining 35.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
