The National Land Agency has finally made innovations and creations in the field of Electronic Government (E-Gov) as a strategy to improve land services, namely by launching the "Sentuh Tanahku" application. This study aims to analyze the strategy of the Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Bekasi in improving public services, analyze the socialization of the Sentuh Tanahku application carried out by the Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Bekasi and evaluate the effectiveness of the Sentuh Tanahku application for the community. The method used in this research is qualitative. Data collection techniques were obtained from direct observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and library research. This research uses Purposive Sampling Technique. Data analysis techniques in this study consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The results of the study show that: first, the strategy to improve public services at BPN Kab. Bekasi related to land has been running optimally and effectively. This is evidenced by the running of several programs, such as: the existence of a Special service program, the PELATARAN (Weekend Land Service) program, Lampion, Sentuh Tanahku and My Loket, etc. Second, the socialization of the Sentuh Tanahku application at the BPN Kab. Bekasi has been running optimally and effectively. However, BPN Kab. Bekasi still has to try to socialize the Touch Tanahku Application, because there are still many people who do not know and understand about the Sentuh Tanahku Application. Third, the community is quite satisfied using the Sentuh Tanahku Application to manage land-related files, because it is very helpful and easy to understand, all land service information is also available in the Sentuh Tanahku Application, so it is very helpful to the community.} }
