		abstract={This study aims to determine the effect of conscientiousness and social support on quarter life crisis in early adulthood in Pengasinan Bekasi. This study used a quantitative method with 110 individual subjects aged 20-25 years. The sampling technique used is quota sampling. The measurement instrument uses a psychological scale consisting of a serious personality scale, a social support scale and a quarter life crisis scale. Through the Pearson Product Moment analysis technique, it is known that there is a significant negative relationship between conscientiousness and quarter life crisis, then there is a significant negative relationship between social support and quarter life crisis, and through the Multiple Linear Regression analysis technique, the results of seriousness personality and social support are obtained. able to contribute to the influence of the quarter life crisis by 20.6% of early adulthood.
