The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of public transportation services for persons with disabilities at KAI Commuters, analyze the minimum service standards for public transportation based on Minister of Transportation Regulation Number 63 of 2019 on Indonesian Railways (KAI) Commuters and analyze perceptions of persons with disabilities regarding the accessibility of public transportation on KAI Commuters. Researchers examine this by using the constructivism paradigm and qualitative research methods accompanied by a case study research approach. The data collection techniques include observation, in-depth interviews, documentation and literature study. The results of the study state that the quality of public transportation services at KAI Commuter has been running well as evidenced by service officers who care about persons with disabilities, although this has not been matched by service facilities that function properly and are easy to use for persons with disabilities because at some stations there are still facilities that are not yet available and are under construction.
