There is a phenomenon in the form of declining student morals, including access to community conditions in the phase of social change in the face of the era of globalization. The implementation of PAI in schools can instill the habituation of religious values and student learning outcomes to become pious and faithful human beings. This study aims: 1) to analyze the implementation of PAI learning in instilling the habituation of religious values and student learning outcomes at SMPIT Al 'Imaroh, 2) to analyze the learning outcomes of the implementation of PAI learning in inculcating the habituation of religious values and student learning outcomes in SMPIT Al 'Imaroh, 3) to analyze the factors supporting and inhibiting the process of implementing PAI learning in instilling the habituation of religious values and student learning outcomes at SMPIT Al 'Imaroh. A qualitative approach is used in this research by utilizing descriptive analysis method. Data were collected through the following techniques: 1) documentation, 2) observation, 3) interviews. And the data is analyzed through the process of collecting, sorting, and checking the validity of the data. Related to this, the data triangulation method is used by researchers to check the validity of the data. This study obtained results, namely: 1) the implementation of PAI learning in instilling the habituation of religious values and student learning outcomes at SMPIT Al 'Imaroh, namely: a) planning in the form of syllabus and lesson plans, b) implementation through intracurricular and extracurricular activities, c) evaluation through authentic assessment, assessment of reference criteria, reporting of learning outcomes, 2) learning outcomes from the implementation of PAI learning in instilling the habituation of religious values and student learning outcomes at SMPIT Al 'Imaroh, namely: a) cognitive aspects, b) affective aspects, c) aspects psychomotor, 3) supporting factors for the implementation of PAI learning in instilling the habituation of religious values and student learning outcomes at SMPIT Al 'Imaroh, namely: the role of the principal and all teachers of SMPIT Al 'Imaroh, 3S habituation to students, habituation of congregational prayers and Islamic activities others, loudspeakers in schools, classrooms with projectors and the Qur'an, libraries, prayer rooms He and periodic evaluations. The inhibiting factors: the diversity of students' and parents' backgrounds and the supervision of students outside of school.
