The analysis of the implementation of the Digital Smart Classroom uses the implementation model of Edward III with the variables of communication, resources, bureaucratic structure and disposition. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and document searches, then analyzed and ends by providing conclusions. The results showed that first, the implementation of the Digital Smart Classroom at SMP Islam Al Azhar 8 starting from communication, resources, bureaucratic structure, and disposition had been carried out well by making various efforts so that the implementation of the digital Smart Classroom at SMP Islam Al Azhar 8 ran optimally. Second, the obstacles faced by SMP Islam Al Azhar 8 in implementing digital smart classrooms are related to human resources, infrastructure resources and student learning attitudes. In dealing with these obstacles, the strategic steps taken by SMP Islam Azhar 8 are considered to have been effective, but other developments are still needed in order to be a solution to the obstacles that occur. Third, the implementation of digital smart classrooms at SMP Islam Al Azhar 8 has an effect on increasing teacher competence, especially in terms of integrating technology in learning so that it has an impact on improving the quality of teaching and learning.
