This study aims to determine the effect of the effectiveness of the Plank Press and Renegade Row exercises on the arm muscle strength of the archery athlete Mumtaz Archery, East Jakarta, aged 15-17 years. Sampling was done by total sampling technique, which took all members of the sample population. So, the sample in this study used 20 people divided into two groups, with 10 people in each group. Each sample consisting of two groups performed a preliminary test and a final test in the form of a test of arm muscle strength using a Push and Pull dynamometer. The final test was carried out after each group did the Plank Press and Renegade Row treatment. Each group did the exercise for 4 weeks and every week with a frequency of 4 (four) meetings to do each need. The measurement results of the Pre-test and post-test using the Push and Pull dynamometer were recorded and used as research data by processing and analyzing the data statistically. Based on data from data analysis, it can be said (1) There is an effect of plank press exercise on increasing arm muscle strength in East Jakarta Mumtaz Archery athletes aged 15-17 years by obtaining a t-count of 13,22. This value is greater than the t-table value at the level of significance (?) = 0.05 and degrees of freedom (dk) = 18, which is 2.10. (2) There is an effect of renegade row exercise on increasing arm muscle strength in athletes of Mumtaz Archery, East Jakarta, aged 15-17 years, by obtaining a t-count of 9.09. This value is greater than the t-table value at the level of significance (?) = 0.05 and degrees of freedom (dk) = 18, which is 2.10. (3) There is no significant difference in the effect of plank press and renegade row exercises on Arm Muscle Strength of Archery Athletes Mumtaz Archery, East Jakarta Age 15-17 Years, because the t-count is 0.46 smaller than the t-table value at the significant level (?) = 0.05 and degrees of freedom (dk) = 18 which is 2.10.
