The purpose of conducting a program evaluation at SMA Negeri 2 Tambun Selatan is to find out the achievement og the objectives of the program by knowing the implementation of program activities, because researcher want to know which parts of the components and sub-components of the program have not been implemented and what causes it. This type of research is an evaluative evaluation using the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process and Product) using a qualitative approach. Data Collection techniques using interview, study documentation and observation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Test tge validity of the data using triangulation of data collection techniques. The results showed that: 1)The implementation of the SKS program at SMA Negeri 2 Tambun Selatan in term of context based on the needs of the students in the Special Intelligent (CI) category; 2)The implementation of the SKS program at SMA Negeri 2 Tambun Selatan in term of Input includes the implementation plan, implementation mechanism, teachers, students, financing, infrastructure and schedule are quite adequate, there is only an obstacle in the number of students who take the two years SKS class. A little, so the aspects that support the program still need to be improved, so that more and more students participate in this program; 3)The implementation of the SKS program at SMA Negeri 2 Tambun Selatan in term of the Process has been carried out according to the program plan although there are still some obstacles, but they have been well resolved; 4) The implementation of the SKS program at SMA Negeri 2 Tambun Selatan in term of Product, namely the value of students in satisfactory and has good achievements and can pass and continue to the next level. So it is in accordance with the initial goal of the program, which is to facilitate students with the Special Intelligent (CI) category so that they can complete their study period in high school for 2 years.
