Abdul Kholik, Student of the Master of Management Study Program in Islamic Education University 45 Bekasi, 2022. Keywords: Effectiveness; Education Management; Tahfidzul Qur'an; Islamic boarding school. Management or often referred to as management is very important in an institution that manages a program, because success can be measured by how a manager manages and organizes. A manager must be able to carry out four aspects of the functions of management, namely: planning aspects, organizing aspects, actuating aspects and controlling aspects. Of the four aspects, there are indicators that make it easier for a manager to evaluate a program, whether it is effective or not. While effectiveness is the achievement of the stated goals, both in the form of targets, short-term and long-term mission goals. The indicators of effectiveness at Darul Munir include aspects of the value of recitation, tahfidz, ziyadah and the amount of memorization. These four aspects are benchmarks for the success of tahfidz management. To achieve the effectiveness of tahfidz, there are several supporting factors including the motivation of parents and students themselves, the influence of friends and the environment, the opportunity to study abroad, the opportunity to participate in MHQ competitions, the implementation of good rules of reward and punishment. The form of this research is qualitative research in the form of descriptions and data and documents. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of tahfidz in Darul Munir is still low, as the results of observations, interviews and documents obtained by researchers from related institutions. From the results of interviews and observations, researchers show that those who get tahsin scores below the KKM are 7 students, students who get tahfidz scores below the KKM are 15 students, students who get ziyadah scores below the KKM are 11 students, and students who reach a total memorization of 10 Juz and above are 11 students and those who are less than 10 chapters are 27 students, while students who reach 30 chapters are only 2 students.} }
