And to find out how the quality of the pedagogic competence of PAI teachers at SMK N 3 Bekasi City. The identification of the problem in this thesis is how to implement the pedagogic competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers at SMK N 3 Bekasi City and whether there are supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the pedagogic competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers at SMK N 3 Bekasi City. The method used in this study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The analytical techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Checking the validity of the data used by triangulation test. The results showed: the pedagogic competence of PAI teachers in managing learning for students, which included: Understanding the characteristics of students, designing and implementing learning, evaluating learning outcomes and developing students to actualize their various potentials showing good qualifications.
