		abstract={The Office of Communication, Information and Statistics (DISKOMINFOTIK) of West Nusa Tenggara Province is the organizer of government affairs and has duties in the fields of Communication and Information, Statistics, managing websites that have the domain ppid.ntbprov.go.id which have problems with poor design. The purpose of this research is to make the ppid.ntbprov.go.id website look better.
This study uses the design thinking method (emphatize-define-ideate-prototype-test) to get the right problem-solving solution in designing the redesign work.
And based on the results of tests carried out on respondents, 81% of 21 people said it was very good. With this website redesign research, it can solve problems that occur on the old website.
The conclusions obtained by using the design thinking approach used can answer the problems of users who can achieve their goals because they have passed the testing stage first. Then based on the results of tests carried out on respondents through questionnaires, 81% of 21 people stated that they were very good.}
