		abstract={The use of computer technology in the health sector is 
growing rapidly. One of them is by developing an expert system 
that is used for early diagnosis of a disease. In this study, we 
tried to conduct research related to student problems, 
especially in the final semester. The illness experienced by 
students is a mental illness because of the final project or thesis 
factor. Factors that cause students to be stressed because their 
assignments and thesis have not been completed, thus making 
students mentally depressed. The purpose of this study is to 
determine the level of student stress based on the circumstances 
at the time of taking the final project or thesis. The problem 
solving process in this study is to apply an expert system with 
the Certainty factor method on an android-based application. 
The certainty factor is a method that is suitable for sequencing 
according to the symptoms experienced to make the right 
hypothesis. From the background described, it can be 
considered as a research title "Implementation of the Certainty}
