The recruitment of lecturers on campus has a lot of enthusiasts for people who are interested in becoming lecturers, especially the recruitment of lecturers at a well-known university, the problems found are usually the data provided by prospective lecturers, the data collection system is manual, and it is very long, let alone choosing who the best lecturer candidates will be. Universitas 45 Mataram is one of those who have this problem, in the lecturer data collection system along with the development of technology on computers, to solve this problem using the DSS or Decision Support System. SPK or Wrong Decision Support System is one of the advances in computer technology in the field of data collection systems, using SPK, prospective lecturer recruitment data will appear based on selection, after that testing, to select prospective lecturers to be tested, there are interview stages, test tests and so on , to see prospective lecturers with the best quality using the Profile Matching method, which selects based on the highest score. The design and manufacture of DSS uses the Waterfall methodology, which is a software development method that begins with analyzing requirements, designing media, building applications with tools, and testing them on users. The result to be achieved is an application that can overcome the problem of manual data collection and selecting the best lecturers to recruit. The conclusion of this study is that the SPK with the Profile Matching method makes it easier for the University of 45 Mataram in data collection and also the recruitment of the best quality lecturers based on testing.} }
