		abstract={The thesis guidance process during the covid-19 pandemic was slightly hampered due to social restrictions by the government. This rule was put in place to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus. The number of students who have not completed their thesis at Bumigora University during the pandemic cannot be separated from the supervision of the Computer Science study program. With a manual system and face-to-face consultation, it will be very ineffective where there are social restrictions and the Covid-19 pandemic. It is necessary to design an information system that can make it easier for supervisors and guidance students to consult online and the progress of the study program can be monitored. Current technological developments are sufficient to socialize online through Web Real Time Communications (WebRTC) technology, by developing a thesis guidance information system with WebRTC can help overcome problems during the Covid-19 pandemic. Making WebRTC thesis guidance using the Waterfall methodology, which is a software development method that begins with analyzing needs, designing, building applications with tools, and testing them on users. The results to be achieved are that supervisors and students can conduct consultations without having to meet face-to-face and study programs can monitor the development of their students' thesis. The conclusion of this study is that this application can communicate in real time in the form of video conference, every function in the system has been running well, on the WebRTC system to conduct online consultations, it is carried out peer to peer by connecting signals to each user.}
