In the current condition, people are still confused about handling Covid-19 whether they should do isolation treatment. independent (isoman) at home or they must carry out ongoing care in the hospital. The purpose of this research is to help people who have symptoms of COVID-19 disease can make the right choice in making decisions for self-care and healing, where this research can also help medical officers to quickly provide care and treatment. Where the system created in this study uses a comparison of the K-Nearest Neighbor and Naïve Bayes methods which is to determine the choice of treatment to be carried out so that it can provide recommendations whether the person requires self-quarantine or self-isolation (ISOMAN) or by doing further care. The data used are symptom data from patients. Where the amount of data is 218 data. The data is calculated by the K-Nearest Neighbor process so that the accuracy result is 99.08% and the Naïve Bayes calculation process is carried out and obtains an accuracy result of 98.18%. where this system is connected to the database the results will be stored safely. The weighting process will be faster because it will be directly sorted by the system. Where this system uses 2 methods so as to get more accurate accuracy results.} }
