		abstract={Teachers are educators who are one of the determining factors for the success of educational goals with the aim of being able to develop the potential of students to become human beings who believe in God Almighty. At this time the application of the Decision Support System at SMA 8 Mataram is still not implemented, this is because in the process of assessing teacher performance still using conventional methods, where before assessing teacher performance, first distributing questionnaires to students and principals. 
The method used in this research is the Vise Kriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) method, preceded by literature study, data collection, design, program Implementation (coding) and Testing. The VIKOR method also has advantages, namely in the ranking process by having a preference value for ranking and being able to overcome the ranking of many alternatives more easily. The results or outputs of the Decision Support System application for assessing teacher performance using the vikor method at SMAN 8 Mataram obtained an alternative to Ketut Arta, S.Pd as the best teacher.
The conclusion of this study is that it can help the performance appraisal process carried out by SMAN 8 Mataram. Testing the feasibility of using the system, it can be concluded that the usability of this system is in very good criteria, with a final score of 84.843% in other words that the application performance is in very good criteria.}
