		abstract={Public Health  Center Cakranegara Mataram City is one of the Public Health  Center cakaranegara that provides outpatient services which is the implementing unit of the Mataram City Health Office. 
In creating an orderly and good patient data collection, good management is also needed from the part that handles it, therefore researchers designed an Information System for the Cakranegara Health Center, where this system is designed to make it easier for the Public Health  Center to categorize and re-check the data available at the Public Health  Center Cakarenagara and the data. This system uses the Waterfall method. Waterfall is a method of planning, analysis, design, testing and maintenance. 
In this study, an information system application for the Cakranegara Public Health Center was created which can assist the performance of the Public Health  Center Cakranegara to assist data processing.}
