Donation is a gift that is generally voluntary without any compensation given by individuals or legal entities, although donations in the form of food, goods, clothing, can also be in the form of buildings such as blood donations in medical donations can be made not only in the form of services or goods only but can also be done in the form of free will funding.
Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT) was officially launched as a foundation engaged in the social and humanitarian fields. To expand its work, ACT develops its activities, starting from emergency response activities, then expanding its activities to post-disaster recovery, community empowerment and development programs, as well as spiritual-based programs such as Qurban, Zakat and Waqf. Even though it has been officially launched for more than 15 years, the system used has not changed, especially donation transactions still using paper, making data accumulation difficult to recover and checking stock which is less time efficient besides that the lending system does not record borrowing transactions and does not have time limit in borrowing.
To solve this problem, the authors designed an inventory and borrowing data collection system by analyzing data needs and then conducting research, after obtaining the necessary information regarding the donation and borrowing transactions, then making desktop-based applications and testing there were several data samples to get maximum results. .
The output of this application is information on the results of transactions from donations and borrowings that have been inputted in the form of transaction notes. So, based on the results of research and testing that has been carried out, the desktop-based lending and inventory data application is very suitable for use and the features of the application are running as expected.
