This company only uses Facebook social media (not adsense accounts) as a marketing medium. The level of trust of potential customers in social media is very low. So we need a website as a marketing information system in timor star digital printing to increase trust in customers and can be well received by users in getting information on timor star products and ordering designs easily according to the required design and the desired concept. Based on the above problems, the writer will create a marketing information system that can be used to carry out promotions and order transactions at PT Bintang Timor Digital Printing on a Web basis. The system development methodology uses SDLC with the waterfall model. The waterfall model stages consist of system planning, system analysis, system design and system implementation. The testing process carried out by researchers uses the blackbox method, which is functional testing to test the features of the system being developed. Furthermore, the usability test is carried out using the System Usability Scale (SUS) model questionnaire that is carried out by the user to measure the level of user acceptance of the system. The result of this research is the web-based marketing information system of PT Bintang Timor Digital Printing which functions properly and correctly according to the results of functional testing. The level of acceptance of the system developed based on usability testing using the SUS model questionnaire to three admins and five participants resulted in a usability value of 80.333 (admin) and 70 (participants) indicating that in general the system is accepted by users. In particular, the admin feels satisfied with the system being developed, but for the participants there is still a feeling of dissatisfaction with the system being developed.
