Mataram Geophysical Station Office is a government agency that is not separated from correspondence activities as a means of communication with internal and external parties of the organization, the management of letter archives is needed to facilitate in the process of archiving mail data, both incoming and outgoing mail, the process of archiving letters in mataram geophysical station office is still done manually so that it is less efficient both in terms of time and accuracy of data. 
The solution is to create a web-based mail archive application that can manage incoming and outgoing mail data easily and securely. The application can also display incoming mail reports, outgoing mail reports in detail and periodically, making it easier to search for incoming mail and outgoing mail archives.
The result of the creation of this application can be petrified in managing the data of incoming and outgoing mail and facilitate in the disposition activities of letters by the Head of Mataram Geophysical Station. 
From the results of the trial can be concluded that the application of mail archive in mataram geophysical station office based on the web can help and facilitate the process of mail administration – correspondence and archiving in the future.
