		abstract={Travel activities are one of the activities that are often carried out. At BPTP Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, in its office activities need an Office Travel Letter and to know the remaining travel budget of the office is required Recapitulation of Dinas Travel.
In the process of recording the report recapitulation of the service trip and the creation of service travel letters are still manually, which in the creation still use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word applications, where having to make edits each time will travel to the office. To assist the administrative staff who take care of the service travel, this research was created. This research uses waterfall methods in the development of its system which includes the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. While data collection is done by way of interviews and library studies. 
The results or output achieved by this system are the recapitulation of service travel, the creation of service travel letters and details of costs.
This system of recapitulation and creation of service travel letters is able to solve the problem of recapitulation of service travel and the creation of service travel letters, ranging from employee data, group data, cost details data, activity data and the provision of recapitulation reports after traveling to the office.
