In this study, the writer will re-branding the Gumitri Production logo, because the previous Gumitri Production logogram could not represent the company, was not designed carefully and was only obtained via the internet, so that the logogram was not in accordance with the rules of an effective logo in Visual Communication Design. The title of this thesis is "Re-branding the Gumitri Production Mataram Logo" with the formulation of the problem, namely "How to Re-branding the Logo Event Organizer Gumitri Production Mataram?". The design method that I use in this research is the Thinking Design method with several stages, namely, Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype and Test. The data sources used are primary and secondary data, obtained through the Design Thinking method, as well as company data such as the company's vision and mission from the direct company owner. The data will be analyzed into the concept of making the Gumitri Production logo. Based on the results of the research conducted, it is concluded that in order to design a logo that is effective and in accordance with logo principles in Visual Communication Design, the author uses the meaning of trust is very valuable in the business world, through a logo with a symbol of shaking hands that forms a diamond, so that the logo which previously did not comply with the rules in Visual Communication Design were changed into an effective logo in accordance with the logo principles in Visual Communication Design.
