One of the agricultural products that until now became the basic staple of Indonesian food is rice. The Office of Trade Industry of East Lombok Regency is an agency that continuously performs its functions in monitoring commodity prices on a regular basis, especially the commodity prices of rice and grain. The commodity price report of rice and grain is still manual which every week there is approximately two submissions of the price report which causes the delivery of rice and grain commodity price data that is done slowly. The increase in the price of rice and grain is a major problem for most communities, especially those whose results are erratic or middle class downwards. In addition, there are other problems that occur in the market, namely often the seller raises the selling price to the buyer regardless of the price that has been determined by the Office. As connected to the problem is needed a monitoring information system that can support activities in the Office of Industry and Trade so that it can provide a service that can facilitate the user administrator in the process of monitoring the commodity price of rice and grain. In this case the author wants to create a rice and grain price monitoring information system in east Lombok district through sms gateway, where in the system there is a feature for the monitoring system in the form of charts and can be printed directly. And also in this system there is a broadcast info feature to quickly send messages to on-site officers. The design of this system was carried out using rad (Rapid Application Development) method which is a linear sequential development model that emphasizes on a very short development cycle. RAD is also a high-speed sealing method of traditional models where speed in development is achieved using a component-based construction approach. The success of implementing this system is that it can run properly used by administrator users and can provide information on the results of monitoring and delivery of information to officers.} }
