		abstract={The current economic development has led to the emergence of various kinds of businesses, one of which is a business that is engaged in providing internet services. Hotspot is an area where wireless internet is available in that area which can be accessed through various netbooks, PDAs and other devices that support this technology, with hotspots we can enjoy internet access wherever we are while in the hotspot area without having to use cables. Accessing the internet using hotspot services has become a lifestyle. Mikrotik Routerboard is a router board that has Mikrotik RouterOS installed, which is a linux-based operating system in which there is a hotspot service feature and an additional feature, namely User Manager, which is a user friendly web interface for hotspot management. From the analysis, Toko Tiga Dara requires innovation to develop hotspots in order to compete and streamline internet access easily without having to use cables. For this reason, this research can provide a solution, namely developing a cloud-based hotspot voucher system using Mikrotik RouterOS as a billing management.
