		abstract={The NTB Provincial Government has programmed NTB Zero Waste, the government is targeting NTB to be Zero Waste by 2023. Bank Sampah Bintang Sejahtera participates in governments program by carrying out educational programs on waste management and environmental preservation, through outreach, counseling, training, workshops, and mentoring activities in community and other target groups. Media that has been used by the speaker in providing material about waste management, such as powerpoint presentation media and directly involved in the field. But the obstacles faced include the limitations of the team, distance and time. One of the ways to overcome this problem is by using a website with video content that can be accessed interactively and mobile with more diverse content. In addition, the existence of a website can provide fittings to the Bank Sampah Bintang Sejahtera in providing education to the people of NTB about waste management.
The methodology in this study uses Luther's version of the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) which consists of 6 stages, namely concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing and distribution.
The results achieved were a waste management educational website in the form of audio-video and text that provided tools for the Bank Sampah Bintang Sejahtera in providing education to the public with time efficiency and providing convenience for the community to find out about education on mobile waste handling.
The results of the research that have been conducted show that: (1) the ideal score of the entire questionnaire distributed to users is 1843 on the SS rating scale (Strongly Agree) and the percentage of answers is 92.15% of the expected 100%, (2) the overall ideal score The questionnaire given to the admin is on the rating scale S (Agree), (3) the calculation of the duration of time if all videos are played is 38.25 minutes. The conclusion of this study is that the website built can facilitate education to the community by mobile so that it is more flexible. Can make it easier for people to receive education online without following offline education. The website that was built provides complete facilities for the Bank Sampah Bintang Sejahtera in providing education to the public so that it can shorten the educational time.}
