		abstract={Achieving students are very important to be directed and guided to get guidance related to the development of the personal potential of each student so that superior and quality students are created. At SMK Negeri 1 Tanjung, there are 9 departments, namely computer and network engineering, tourism, catering services, animation, visual communication design, software engineering, motorcycle engineering and business, automotive light vehicle engineering, and hydro solar energy engineering. The assessment and recording system in Vocational High Schools is still not computerized, making it difficult for teachers and foundations to carry out further data processing regarding the determination of outstanding students, apart from that, the process of determining outstanding students is still manual so that a computerized system is needed to facilitate the process of determining students achievers Based on the above problems, a decision support system was built using the Vikor method. The criteria used were report card scores, skills, extracurricular activities and attitudes. The design and manufacture of high achieving student decision support systems uses the waterfall model SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) approach. In determining these outstanding students, all majors for each class are used, the recommended students are ranked 1 to 5, the results of the system built are recommendations for outstanding students based on ranking in the top 5, where the final decision is returned to each each Decision Maker, namely students or the school. Based on the black box test results, the buttons and links on the system interface are in accordance with the design results. The conclusion from this study is that the decision support system using the VIKOR method can help the process of determining student achievement effectively and efficiently.
