In the event of negligence, forgetting to open the tap, the pump will work without water being sucked in, causing a waste of electricity. This research proposes making a prototype of a smart water tank filling system sourced from a microcontroller-based PDAM with a web interface for monitoring. This system uses an ultrasonic sensor as a water level detector, a water flow sensor detects the PDAM water flow whose pressure is always changing, the electric tap functions to open and close the water flow, and NodeMcu is the main control for the sensors used and as a web server so that the system has web monitoring that can be accessed to monitor work and device status. Based on the results of the research, this smart automatic water tank filling system can work properly as expected, namely it can detect water flow, fill automatically then turn off pumps and taps if the tank is full, transmits device data information to web monitoring. The results of the data transmission delay test average 943 milliseconds and the results of the delay test when doing the on / off relay an average of 254.2 milliseconds.} }
