		abstract={Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) is a system that can help someone to choose the right decision. There are many problems can be solved by using SPK, one of them is determining the proper one who can receive the help for unlivable home on West Lombok District Social Service. there are few methods can be applied to build a SPK, one of them is promethee. West Lombok District Social Service, especially the one that take care of the poor, helping the poor by providing livable home, in the process implementing the prescribed procedure. But the problem that occurred in implementing that procedure is when manually imputing the data, so that the department who take care of the poor is having troubles determining the right one who should receive the help of unlivable home. On the process of building the unlivable home help application, the method used is the waterfall method, in the waterfall method there are few steps, needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, program application and maintenance. while the counting method used in this system is promethee. there are few steps in the counting process on promethee method, which is counting the prefantion and prefantion index on each criteria, counting the total of prefantion index, counting leaving and entering, and counting net flow.}
