		abstract={The West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Health Office is a government agency that cannot be separated from correspondence activities as a means of communication with internal and external parties. Correspondence activities at the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Health Office are still done manually so it is less efficient.
The solution given is to create a web-based mail filing application system. The application created will manage incoming and outgoing mail data easily. This application can also display reports of incoming and outgoing letters in detail, making it easier to search for incoming and outgoing mail archives.
The results of making this application can help manage incoming and outgoing mail data and can also facilitate the disposition of letters by the Head of the West Nusa Tenggara Health Office.
From the test results, it can be concluded that the web-based application of the letter archive at the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Health Office can help and facilitate the administrative process of correspondence and archives for the future.}
