The more devices that access the internet, the greater the bandwidth required. But what happens in the field turns out that whatever bandwidth you have, it can only be used by a few devices. This is because there are no restrictions or bandwidth limitation settings for each user. In the internet world, we often hear the term limitation or speed limitation to access the internet. There are several types of limitation systems that are commonly applied to routers. In this research, bandwidth management method is used, namely queue tree. The bandwidth in this management limits or limits internet bandwidth based on the content on the hotspot service, the content here consists of 3 packages, namely: Normal, Social Media, and Learning Packages, so that the total capacity of the existing bandwidth can be utilized more optimally by classifying content. on the hotspot service itself efficiently. So it is hoped that the client can be facilitated in terms of getting internet access based on the desired package and according to needs. After testing this research, it was concluded that it was successful in making packages based on the content of each package and limiting internet bandwidth to limit one-way connections, both downloads and uploads.} }
